Permanent recruitment process

Our permanent recruitment process involves 5 main stages:

  • An initial in-depth conversation about the role, person spec and time frame
  • Agreement of fees
  • A face-to-face meeting to discuss shortlisted candidates and to agree an interview schedule
  • Debreifing and offer process
  • After care service

Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding service and a shortlist of excellent candidates. To achieve this, our consultants require as much information as possible regarding the company, culture, role, the reason for the vacancy and the person spec.
