We chose to become members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation for several reasons:

  • We abide by their Code of Professional Practice.
  • We use all of their legal documentation. Clients and candidates can rest assured that they are signing authentic and reputable terms of business and agreements.
  • Because the REC provides a legal helpline, we can check any and all employment queries on behalf of our clients.
  • The REC keeps us informed of any industry updates or changes to employment law which may affect our business. They also offer training courses to ensure we remain compliant.
